Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations must be made via your account profile at least 12 hours in advance. Private sessions require 24 hours' notice via email. All classes and packages are non-refundable.

Late Policy

Reserved spots are held until class starts. At start time, spots are released to standby. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals to ensure a proper warmup and maintain class flow.
