What is Pilates?

A full-body fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates. Through precise, controlled movements it improves strength, posture, and flexibility while promoting stress reduction through breathwork.

Before your first class

Suitable for all fitness levels, 16 and over. First-time visitors should arrive 5–10 minutes early for a brief reformer orientation. We strongly recommend booking a private session before joining group classes. Classes are capped at 7 people.

What to wear

Grippy socks are required for hygiene and stability. Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing free of zippers or hardware.

Studio facilities

Two changing rooms, lockers on a first-come basis, and complimentary filtered water. No shower facilities.

Class duration

50 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. Please commit to the full session.
