Terms of Service

1. General

  • No signup or monthly fees.

  • Core Flex Pilates Ltd (Company No. 11593876, VAT No. 313469117, www.coreflexpilates.com).

  • Minimum age for classes is 18, or 16-17 with parental/guardian written consent.

  • All studio/online purchases of monthly subscriptions and class packs are non-refundable.

  • Intro Offers are non-refundable, non-extendable, valid for 30 days from purchase, and limited to one per client.

2. Activation

  • Class packs, monthly subscriptions, and Intro Offers activate upon purchase. Subsequent bookings cannot be made for dates prior to activation.

3. Booking and Waitlists

  • Advance booking is strongly recommended due to limited spaces.

  • Fully booked classes offer a waitlist (valid payment details required).

  • Waitlist: If a space becomes available, an automated email will be sent. You must then log in and book the space. This notification can occur at any time.

4. Extensions & Cancellations

  • Class packs (1, 5, 10, 20) are valid for 12 months from purchase. Intro Offers and standard Class Packs are non-extendable. Extensions of up to 30 days may be granted in exceptional circumstances with supporting documentation (e.g., doctor's note).

  • Monthly memberships automatically renew and charge your payment method every 30 days until you cancel. To cancel, you must email studio@coreflexpilates.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Memberships cannot be frozen. By signing up, you confirm you understand and agree to automatic monthly billing.

  • Group Classes Cancellations: 12 hours' notice required. Cancellations must be made via the Core Flex Pilates website by logging into your account and accessing your bookings. Cancellations made 12+ hours before class will return the credit to your account. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows forfeit the class credit. Email cancellations are not accepted.

  • Private Classes Cancellations: 24 hours' notice required via email to studio@coreflexpilates.com. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows forfeit the class credit.

  • Studio Cancellations: If we cancel a class, you will receive a credit or refund.

5. No-Show Policy

  • No-shows will result in the loss of the class credit for all booking types.

6. Health and Wellbeing

  • You confirm you are in good health with no conditions preventing safe participation in exercise.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit to participate. Inform instructors of any injuries or concerns before class for guidance.

7. Retail

  • All retail purchases are non-refundable.

  • Faulty or unusable items may be exchanged or receive studio credit.

8. Studio Etiquette

  • Timekeeping: Reserved spots are held until class starts. At start time, spots are released to standby. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals to ensure a proper warmup and maintain class flow.

  • Reception Area: Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to be left unattended in the reception area. Similarly, pets may not be left unattended in the reception area. Bicycles, scooters, and other personal transportation devices are not permitted to be stored in the reception area during classes.

  • In Studio Area: Core Flex Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Socks must be worn during class for hygiene. Mobile phone calls must be kept on silent and face down in the studio area. Clothing with exposed zips is prohibited as it can damage the machinery.

  • Lost & Found: Contact us for lost items. Unclaimed items will be kept for one month and then donated.

9. E-Commerce Shipping and Returns

  • Shipping costs: UK £3.50, Europe £5, Rest of World £10.

  • No returns accepted. For defective or incorrect orders, email studio@coreflexpilates.com within 10 days of shipping with your order number.

10. Website Terms and Conditions

  • By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the website.

  • Users must be 18 or older.

  • Our website uses cookies; by using it, you consent to our cookie policy.

  • Intellectual Property: All content is owned by Core Flex Pilates Ltd. You may view, download for caching, print pages for personal use only. No modification, reproduction, or commercial use without permission.

  • Acceptable Use: Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, or engage in data scraping without consent.

  • Accounts: UK residents aged 18+ can register. You are responsible for your account and password security.

  • User Content: You grant us a license to use your submitted content. It must be legal, not infringe rights, and not be misleading.

  • Limited Warranties: We do not guarantee the website's completeness, accuracy, or availability.

  • Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Breaches: We may take action (warnings, suspension, legal action) for breaches of these terms.

  • Variation: We may update these terms; continued use implies acceptance.

  • Assignment: We may assign our rights; you may not without consent.

  • Severability: If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remain in effect.

  • Third Party Rights: These terms are between you and us only.

  • Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the full agreement regarding website use.

  • Law and Jurisdiction: English law governs these terms, and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
